That is why our certified personal trainers are here to guide, educate, and push you just enough to reach your fitness goals. Whether that goal is to lose weight, tone up, run a marathon, or just feel better about yourself, our trainers will ensure that you get the most out of every Ava workout. What to Expect

Ava Fitness Studio wants each member to experience the benefits of meeting with a personal trainer. That is why we offer a complimentary personal training consultation to each and every member. This one hour session is devoted to learning more about your exercise and health history, assessing your fitness level and provides you with valued information that will help you achieve your goals. In addition, you will learn how to properly use all the equipment in the Ava Circuit and Cardio room.


Upon completion of your complementary session, your one hour or half hour training sessions will begin with a combination of weight training and cardio one to five times per week. During each session, your trainer will always be there to assist you, teach you proper techniques, and encourage you to go farther than you thought you could go. We also offer couples training which allows you and a friend to share the expense while experiencing the benefits of a personal trainer together.
